War Games Recruit: Bronson Reed Helps New Bloodline on WWE Smackdown

Bronson Reed has done a lot to break out of the pack this year in WWE.

He has attacked Braun Strowman and Seth Rollins numerous times, often wrecking the entire backstage area.

Last night on Smackdown, the 350-pound Australian attacked the Original Bloodline while they were brawling with Bloodline 2.0.

Reed punctuated his attack by hitting the top-rope Tsunami splash on Roman Reigns.

This means that Reed is a good bet to be the fifth man on the new Bloodline team for the War Games match at Survivor Series on Nov. 30.

This development might inspire Seth Rollins to counter his archrival by teaming with the Original Bloodline, but he has already rebuffed the offers of both Bloodline teams.

A NEW CHAMPIONSHIP

Bayley moved into the semifinals of the tournament to crown the first women’s United States champion. She defeated Candice LeRae and B-Fab, who usually manages The Street Profits.

Three more Triple Threat Matches will determine the other three semifinalists. Next week’s bout will be Bianca Belair vs. Chelsea Green vs. Blair Davenport.

LA Knight retained the men’s United States title with a win over Berto of the Legado del Fantasma faction. After the match, a face-painted Shinsuke Nakamura attacked Knight.

Motor City Machine Guns defended the WWE tag team title against The Street Profits. The Guns won by disqualification when Tomasso Ciampa attacked the champions. Ciampa’s partner in #DIY, Johnny Gargano, was not on board with this attack.

In the main event, Nia Jax retained the WWE women’s title with a victory over Naomi. This match featured extracurricular action from Tiffany Stratton, LeRae, and Bayley.
