The Son Also Rises: Dominik Mysterio Beats Damien Priest on WWE Raw

Dominik Mysterio scored the biggest win of his career over Damien Priest on WWE Monday Night Raw.

The former Judgment Day teammates faced off in the main event, as Dirty Dom tried to prove himself by defeating a former World champion.

Mysterio had help from Liv Morgan, Carlito, and JD McDonagh, who ran enough interference for Dom to win with a rollup.

Sure, it was a cheap victory, but Dominik is starting to come into his own as a major player in WWE.

HUNTING A MONSTER

Seth Rollins was looking for Bronson Reed, who invited him to battle in the parking lot. These out-of-the-ring brawls tend to favor monsters like Reed.

Sure enough, Reed gave Rollins a Death Valley Driver off the back of a truck through some tables.

Sheamus defeated Ludwig Kaiser with the Brogue Kick. Sheamus could challenge Bron Breakker for the Intercontinental title, which he has never held.

Ivy Nile scored a win for her American Made team by defeating Zelina Vega, who was backed up by the Latino World Order.

THIS MEANS WAR

The War Raiders (no longer Vikings) are the No. 1 contenders to the World tag team title held by Finn Balor & JD McDonagh of Judgment Day.

Erik & Ivar earned that status by winning a Triple Threat match over The New Day and Rey Mysterio & Dragon Lee.

Jimmy and Jey Uso got back on the same page. The twins wanted to reunite with Sami Zayn as well, but they thought better of it after watching him talk to Solo Sikoa.

The Crown Jewel pay-per-view is this Saturday night on Peacock. The Crown Jewel titles will be on the line in champion vs. champion battles.

That means Gunther will face Cody Rhodes for the men’s title, while Liv Morgan battles Nia Jax for the women’s belt.
