Game Changer Wrestling admits that its last attempt to run a big show at Manhattan’s Hammerstein Ballroom didn’t go so well.

Tonight, the company will attempt to redeem itself with “The People vs. GCW” at 8 p.m. on Triller+ TV. A free kickoff show will start at 6:30 on YouTube.

GCW wrestler Parrow summed up the vibe on Twitter:

“We’re a group of outcast independent artists from all over the world and every part of wrestling. The thing we have in common is our love for wrestling. Last time, I felt we tried to be something we weren’t to prove we belong. Now we’re doing our show for our people!”

Former partners Effy and Allie Katch will do battle, and the winner will take on Mance Warner for the World title in the main event.

NO FORBIDDEN DOOR

GCW loves to use doors as a weapon, so it scheduled a DLC (Doors, Ladders, and Chairs) match for the vacant Ultraviolent title.

This insane match will include Drew Parker, Matt Tremont, Brandon Kirk, John Wayne Murdoch, Rina Yamashita, Matthew Justice, and Dr. Redacted.

Maki Itoh jumped into the match and put her Extreme title on the line, so the winner will capture both belts.

Richard Holliday will face Charles Mason in a steel cage match.

Violence Is Forever (Dominick Garrini & Kevin Ku) will defend the GCW tag team title against The Gahbage Daddies (Alex Price & Cole Radrick).

EXTREME HEROES

Hammerstein Ballroom was the site of the legendary ECW One Night Stand pay-per-view in 2005. GCW will welcome some stars from ECW to this show.

Super Crazy, Tajiri & Little Guido will battle Gringo Loco, Arez & Jack Cartwheel. Masato Tanaka will face Joey Janela.

Sabu is also scheduled to appear.
