This Week In Winston-Salem Dash Baseball (July 30-August 4)
The week started with a bang, as the Dash opened the series against Greensboro (59-42) with an 11-run outburst to beat the Grasshoppers in an 11-10 thriller. Winston-Salem remained strong throughout the week, taking four of six games against the team with the best overall record and run differential (+154) in the South Atlantic League.
White Sox Minor League Player of the Week (July 29-August 4): Drake Logan
The Knights and Dash had strong weeks, both finishing better than .500, but it was not so easy for the other affiliates. Drake Logan earned the weekly award for the system as a whole, but Edgar Quero, Noah Schultz, and DJ Gladney earned the awards for their respective teams, as each of those players excelled.
