Steelers Burning Question: Questions that remain unanswered

Weeks ago I did the Friday Night Steelers Six Pack and wondered if it was worth doing further. After all, interaction was not great, and sometimes you just have to adjust. So I decided to call an audible, and not just abandon the Friday night meeting of the black-and-gold minds.

Instead of six questions, I wanted to focus solely on one question.

We’ll still do the preamble of what you’re eating/drinking/listening to, but we’ll focus our attention on the one Steelers question of the week. Don’t worry, most weeks I’ll do a bonus/extra credit question for fun. With all that out of the way, let’s get to the question!

As the Steelers are officially back at training camp, I am asking a burning question which asks you for your own questions. Hear me out before you call me a fool.

After a week of camp, there are questions we all had, but have yet to get answered. The most obvious question is what Russell Wilson has left in the tank, considered the most game-like action he’s had all camp has been 7v7. But what other questions remain for you as the team prepares for their first preseason action next week?

In my opinion, one big question which remains is the status of the Steelers center position. Zach Frazier was labeled as the most NFL ready, but reports on him have been quiet at this point. I’m not saying one week labels a player a “bust”, but of all the rookies Frazier and Ryan Watts have been heard from the least of the group. I still believe Frazier will be the starting center this season, but am hopeful the more padded practices they have, the more he shines and proves his worth.

As for what I’m eating, I’m grilling whole chickens for dinner, with some typical side dishes to feed the family. As for drink, it’s store bought kombucha, and the tunes will be some Dead & Company live concerts.

Happy Friday everyone!!
