Several players return to Steelers practice on Thursday
The Pittsburgh Steelers got back on the winning track last Saturday and will hit the road to Seattle for Week 17 with their playoff hopes alive. With the Steelers back to a regular schedule with a Sunday game this week, the first practice is back on Wednesday.
In the second injury report this week courtesy of Steelers.com, there are no new names that appear on the list, with two players who were limited while two missed practice.

One player who has already been ruled out for Week 17 is inside linebacker Elandon Roberts with a pectoral injury. For this reason, Roberts did not participate in practice on Wednesday or Thursday.
One player many Steelers fans are looking to see if he can return is safety Minkah Fitzpatrick. Coming off a knee injury, Fitzpatrick was not ready to get back on the field and did not participate in practice. Thursday saw Fitzpatrick unable to practice yet again. Looking at yet another safety who missed last Saturday’s game, Trenton Thompson returned to practice on Wednesday as a limited participant with his neck injury. On Thursday, Thompson was upgraded to a full participant.
The other player who participated in practice but in a limited fashion on Wednesday was quarterback Kenny Pickett. Thursday saw more of the same with Pickett as he was once again limited.
There were two other members of the Pittsburgh Steelers who did not practice on Wednesday in running back Najee Harris with a knee injury and guard Isaac Seumalo with a shoulder injury. Both players had been missing the early portions of the week as of late and these injuries are not expected to have them miss the game on Sunday. On Thursday, Harris was back as a limited participant while Seumalo practiced fully.
