Week 8 of the 2024 NFL season is in the books. With all games complete, Steel Curtain Network’s survivor league has almost concluded, but continues on for another week.

One big question as things got going was how many contestants were entered. With all of league one being filled with 100 contestants, league two capped out at 51 entries. Since I am entered in both leagues in order to have access, this means 150 contestants are vying for the signed Mel Blount Steelers mini helmet.

With two contestants remaining, there were once again different choices from both contestants this week. In the one early game, the Lions were in a close game with the Titans for about a quarter before scoring 38-straight points in a huge blowout win. In the other game, which came on Sunday late afternoon, the Panther had the lead over the Broncos after one quarter. But it didn’t last as the Broncos doubled up the Panthers to push the contest on for another week.

With only two contestants left, this thing could be over any week. The two contestants remaining are:
