The Pittsburgh Steelers got back on the winning track last Saturday and will hit the road to Seattle for Week 17 with their playoff hopes alive. With the Steelers back to a regular schedule with a Sunday game this week, the first practice is back on Wednesday.

In the first injury report this week courtesy of Steelers.com, there are six names that appear on the list, with two players who were limited while four missed practice.

No. 73 G Isaac Seumalo (Shoulder) – DNP

One player who has already been ruled out for Week 17 is inside linebacker Elandon Roberts with a pectoral injury. For this reason, Roberts did not participate in practice on Wednesday.

One player many Steelers fans are looking to see if he can return is safety Minkah Fitzpatrick. Coming off a knee injury, Fitzpatrick was not ready to get back on the field and did not participate in practice. Looking at yet another safety who missed last Saturday’s game, Trenton Thompson returned to practice on Wednesday as a limited participant with his neck injury.

The other player who participated in practice put in a limited fashion was quarterback Kenny Pickett. While the door is still open for Pickett to play on Sunday in Seattle, Mason Rudolph is preparing as if he will be the starter.

They were two other members of the Pittsburgh Steelers who did not practice on Wednesday in running back Najee Harris with a knee injury and guard Isaac Seumalo with a shoulder injury. Both players have been missing the early portions of the week as of late and these injuries are not expected to have them miss the game on Sunday.
