How the Steelers run game exploded vs. the Packers in Week 10

Don’t look now, but the Pittsburgh Steelers offense is starting to find an identity. What is that identity? Sadly, it isn’t on the arm of Kenny Pickett, but the solidifying of the offensive line and the running game.

In Week 9 the Steelers rushed for 160 yards against the Tennessee Titans on Thursday Night Football, and in Week 10 they rushed for over 200 yards vs. the Green Bay Packers.

Now that’s a trend which is worth keeping an eye on as the team prepares for the Cleveland Browns in Week 11. But the numbers are the numbers, while many want to know how the Steelers accomplished this feat of running the football? What did they do special?

Let SCN’s own Kevin Smith explain things in the very first episode of The Call Sheet Breakdown. This video can be seen below, and watch as Coach Smith highlights the Steelers running game in detail. Was the run game success all Broderick Jones being inserted at right tackle? Or is this Matt Canada’s scheme working?

Let our Coach outline things by checking out the video below:
