There is little debate about the best division in football entering the 2024 regular season. It’s the AFC North, and 2023 is the perfect example why. Last year the division had three teams make the playoffs, with all four having a winning record.

It is a star-studded division, and it should shock no one that HBO chose the division for their in-season Hard Knocks show this season.

What does this mean for the Steelers, Browns, Bengals and Ravens? It means HBO’s crews will be in the facility on the day-to-day recording the best moments for the show.

Some players and coaches have bemoaned the Hard Knocks series, calling it a giant distraction, but fans absolutely love every second of the access it provides.

If there is any solace for fans of the division it would be the fact all four teams will be dealing with the cameras and interviews. Not just one team. Therefore, the competitive balance remains intact for 2024.
