The new league year is now officially underway!

The 2024 NFL league year is now upon us and teams must officially be salary-cap compliant from this moment forward. The legal tampering period kicked off at noon on March 11th, and is when unrestricted free agents were able to begin to negotiate and agree to terms on new contracts. Those contracts can now be signed as of 4 PM ET Wednesday.

After a busy day on Monday and Tuesday, Wednesday brought a bit of a down period for Steelers fans other than a couple players returning from last year and a couple moving on to other places. As long as the action stays hot, be sure to continue to check in to this article (there will be a new on each day) as we will update the major news surrounding free agents and where these players will be landing for 2024.

The Jets and LB C.J. Mosley have agreed to a two-year, $17.25M deal with $13.25M guaranteed, replacing the final year of his old deal that had no leftover guarantees. The deal includes $9M fully guaranteed in 2024.
