Solo Sikoa Makes Tribal Power Moves on WWE Smackdown

Solo Sikoa flexed his muscle as the leader of The Bloodline 2.0 on Friday Night Smackdown.

Sikoa, emboldened by the Bloodline’s beatdown of its former leader, Roman Reigns, ordered Jacob Fatu to become his personal enforcer.

That meant Fatu had to give up his half of the WWE tag team title to Tanga Loa.

That wasn’t a bad idea, as Tanga Loa and champion Tama Tonga won the New Japan tag team championship seven times as Guerrillas of Destiny.

Last night, they defended the WWE belts with a win over The Street Profits.

FROM THE US TO THE WORLD

LA Knight successfully defended the United States title with a win over Santos Escobar. Early in the match, the referee ejected Escobar’s “Legado del Fantasma” team from ringside.

Knight wasn’t finished, as he declared that he would defend the US belt in an open challenge at Bash in Berlin.

The super-duper team of Bianca Belair, Jade Cargill & Naomi beat Alba Fyre, Isla Dawn & Blair Davenport. Naomi pinned Davenport after a split-legged moonsault.

CAN I TRUST YOU?

WWE champion Cody Rhodes and Kevin Owens opened the show as a guest on The Grayson Waller Effect.

Waller said Owens was destined to turn against Rhodes, showing a video super-cut of all the times Owens stabbed his friends in the back.

Cody said Waller was more likely to turn on his own partner, Austin Theory. The teams clashed in the main event, and Owens pinned Waller after a pop-up powerbomb.

Next week, Smackdown will take place in Germany on the eve of the Bash in Berlin event. Carmelo Hayes will face Andrade again, and Nia Jax will defend the WWE women’s title against Michin.
