Affected by Altitude Episode 137: It’s Miller Time!

Rocky Mountain Rooftop is the Colorado Rockies affiliate of Fans First Sports Network dedicated to covering all things Rockies. Our flagship podcast Affected by Altitude, hosted by Evan Lang and Skyler Timmins, covers all the happenings of the big league club. Other shows under the RMR banner include Every Rockie Ever and Rooftop Mingle featuring player interviews.

In this new episode of Affected by Altitude, Skyler handles the show all by himself as Evan Lang is indisposed with sickness. The Rockies made their first move of the offseason by reportedly acquiring utility infielder Owen Miller from the Milwaukee Brewers for cash considerations. Is he an indication of further Rockies’ offseason plans or is he just another depth acquisition the team hopes can contribute in some manner? Skyler then looks over the Rockies’ potential free agent targets and wishlist while breaking down The Denver Post’s assessment that the Rockies aren’t cheap, but spend their money quite foolishly.
