Rockets Dismantle Nuggets 128-108

The Houston Rockets have now won five games in a row and capped off their streak in a huge way on Wednesday night.

Houston stomped the Denver Nuggets 128-108 on the road during the front end of a back-to-back.

One game after his 42-point effort against the Grizzlies, Jalen Green followed it up with a 34-point effort on a strong 10-16 shooting.

Alperen Sengun overcame a slow start finishing with 20 points and a near triple-double with 9 rebounds and 8 assists.

Fred VanVleet finished with 16 points on 13 shots to finish with a +18 rating. The Rockets PG dished out 8 assists.

Amen Thompson also finished in double figures with 11 points with 9 assists, 4 steals, and 2 blocks.

Off the bench, Cam Whitmore finished with 16 points in another double-digit scoring effort in the absence of Tari Eason.

Eason missed his 12th straight game with a leg injury that is becoming more and more concerning by the day.

The Rockets played seven players off the bench with Joc Landale being the only DNP of the night.

Houston will be back in action tonight when they take on the red-hot Sacramento Kings on the second night of their back-to-back.
