The legendary Rock & Roll Express appeared at the Ring Of Honor show at the Bojangles Coliseum.
Ricky Morton & Robert Gibson sold out the building several times in the 1980s as they racked up four NWA World tag team titles.
ROH champion Chris Jericho came to the ring with Bryan Keith and ran down the Rock & Rolls and their fans.
Morton & Gibson, who are in their late 60s, punched Jericho and Keith and sent the crowd home happy.
MEATY MAIN EVENT
Shane Taylor & Lee Moriarty won the main event over Gates of Agony (Bishop Kaun & Toa Leona). Kaun used to be a member of Shane Taylor Promotions when they held the six-man tag team title.
MxM Collection (Mansoor & Mason Madden) defeated Zane & Dave Dawson with the Centerfold double DDT.
Blake Christian defeated Serpentico. Boulder (from Iron Savages) beat Griff Garrison, whose partner, Cole Karter, returned after breaking his arm.
WOMEN OF HONOR
While Athena is defending the ROH Womenâs title in Japan, âMinionâ Billie Starkz was out from under her thumb. Starkz defeated Brittany Jade.
Queen Aminata beat Rachael Ellering with a headbutt to stay in the championship picture.
Womenâs TV champion Red Velvet knocked out Jasmyn Hao in a non-title Proving Ground match. Velvetâs father was a professional boxer.
Trish Adora defeated Harley Cameron in the opener with the Lariat Tubman.
In a Flashback match from 2018, Sumie Sakai beat Hazuki to retain the old Women Of Honor title. Sakai wrestled in the first ROH womenâs match in 2002 and will retire this weekend.
Next week, Komander will defend the ROH TV title against QT Marshall.
