Raw Results: Damien Priest Earns Another Shot at the World Title

When someone wins a World title by cashing in the Money in the Bank briefcase, it can be seen as a fluke.

However, Damien Priest showed in the months after WrestleMania that he was a worthy World champion, even though he lost the belt to Gunther at SummerSlam.

Priest earned another shot at the belt on Monday Night Raw in Saudi Arabia when he defeated Seth Rollins, Dominik Mysterio, and Sheamus in a fatal-four-way match.

The star of the match was actually Bronson Reed, who came out and destroyed most of the wrestlers. Dom avoided the carnage, but Priest ended up pinning him after the “South of Heaven” chokeslam.

ANOTHER TOP CONTENDER

Iyo Sky is the new No. 1 contender for Liv Morgan’s World women’s title. Sky won a battle royale in the opening bout.

Sky and Lyra Valkyria were the final two competitors. They battled onto the ring apron, and Sky knocked Lyra to the floor after a German suplex.

The New Day continued to lose matches and argue with each other. The War Raiders defeated Kofi Kingston & Xavier Woods to advance toward a shot at The Judgment Day for the World tag team title.

Dragon Lee defeated Chad Gable with a little help from his Latino World Order teammate, Rey Mysterio.

ARE YOU AN USO?

Sami Zayn helped the Original Bloodline after their loss at Crown Jewel to the New Bloodline. However, he kicked Roman Reigns in the face after the match. Was it an accident?

That’s what Reigns and Jimmy & Jey Uso wanted to know. Zayn pointed out all of the other times when Bloodline members kicked each other in the face.

Zayn walked away from the conversation, but they will talk about it more on Friday Night Smackdown. Stay tuned for more talking!
