The White Sox have now reached 12 losses in a row, the only team in Major League Baseball to lose 10 or more in a row. They’re one loss away from passing the 1962 Mets, who went 27-79.

The Dash won a thriller, scoring two in the top of the ninth to come away with the organization’s only victory of the day. Overall, there was not much offense — but the run totals in the minors still held up pretty well compared to the White Sox.

For the second time this season, the South Siders find themselves with a 10-game losing streak. It’s ugly and it’s only going to get worse.

There were a couple of low-scoring losses, but sweet mashing in Charlotte and Kannapolis!

As a whole, the White Sox system went 4-2 on the day, with Saturday’s rain to thank for the surplus games. The Charlotte Knights and Birmingham Barons both struggled to get the win Sunday after Saturday’s doubleheader sweeps — but the A-ball teams bailed them out, sweeping their own doubleheaders!
