Cleveland Browns New Orleans Saints Week 11 Preview
On November 17th at 1pm EST, the 2-7 Cleveland Browns will travel to the big easy New Orleans Louisiana to play the 3-7 Saints for their week 11 matchup. New Orleans is an early one-point favorite in this game and the Browns are coming off their week 10 bye week. The Cleveland Browns are expected to be at their healthiest in 2024 for this game. The Saints last week had a big divisional win at home against the Atlanta Falcons 20-17. Browns quarterback Jameis Winston played for the Saints from 2020-2023. This can be a revenge game for him. But which Cleveland Browns offense will show up for this game? The offense against the Baltimore Ravens or the offense against the Los Angeles Chargers?
Keep in mind that the Chargers have one of the top defenses in the NFL while the Browns offense has struggled in 2024. Baltimore has the last rated pass defense, and they were down 2 defensive backs in that game. New Orleans has the 28th ranked defense in the league while the Browns defense is ranked 15th. The Browns offense is 31st in the league and New Orleans offense is 16th in the league. It appears to be evenly matched game with the two teams that are struggling this season.
The Saints have already fired their head coach Dennis Allen on November 4th and special team’s coordinator Daren Rizzi is the interim head coach. Meanwhile the Cleveland Browns are still showing stability for now. As of this week Cleveland Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski’s job is safe. That would also include general manager Andrew Berry’s job being safe. What would make their jobs safer is a win in New Orleans. And probably more wins after that
