Can we stop creating drama when there isn’t any?
Recently on Instagram Deshaun Watson posted a reel of him and his fiancé’ enjoying a dinner at nice restaurant in Miami Florida. Watson is currently in Miami rehabbing his torn Achilles Tendon that he suffered against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 7 at Huntington Bank Field. The injury ended Watson’s season when surgery was required to repair the tendon. Ever since the surgery Watson has been quietly rehabbing in Miami. For some reason Browns fans were upset about this, trolls and other fans let their feelings known that they thought this was a bad look on Watson’s part. Honestly, I didn’t care about this. The Cleveland Browns have four games to play in this disappointing season and it doesn’t matter where Deshaun Watson eats his dinner. He could go to McDonalds for all that I care. I want the Cleveland Browns to win on Sunday. And so should Cleveland Browns fans.

Adding to the social media drama is speculation of Stefanski and Berry possibly losing their jobs when the season is done. This is still coming up even though three national NFL reporters said the exact opposite before the Browns Steelers November 21st game. The Browns did win that game. And we as Browns fans all know and feel the disappointment of this season. And so do the Browns. Recently Jeremy Fowler of ESPN spoke to Browns owner Jimmy Haslem, and the owner expressed support for his coach and GM. And the owner understood that they must ask and answer why did this happen? And how can it be fixed? Until those questions get answered, all we are doing is creating a narrative that probably isn’t even realistic. Honestly nobody truly knows what changes will be made on the Cleveland Browns. But changes always come in the NFL. That is why the NFL means Not For Long. Despite the changes in the NFL every season, the drama that entails it remains the same.
