Around the NFC East: Week 14
The Dallas Cowboys won a big division showdown 33-13 over the Philadelphia Eagles in week 14. Dak Prescott might be the favorite to win the NFL MVP with his performances over the last few weeks. In this game, he threw for 271 yards and two touchdowns. Dallas also gained 138 yards on the ground in the win. The Cowboys’ defense held Jalen Hurts to just 197 yards passing and forced three fumbles on the day. Dallas is really shaping up to be the team to beat in the NFC. The Cowboys play the Buffalo Bills in week 15 and the Eagles play the Seattle Seahawks on Monday Night Football.
Tommy DeVito has become the darling of the NFL this week. He led the New York Giants to a 24-22 win over the Green Bay Packers on Monday Night Football. DeVito threw for 158 yards and a touchdown and led an eight-play 57-yard drive to set up the game-winning field goal as time expired. Saquon Barkley had two touchdowns and 86 yards in the win. This was the third straight win for the Giants after they had lost eight of their first ten. They will try to extend their win streak to four in New Orleans against the Saints on Sunday.
The Washington Commanders were on their bye in Week 14 and will play the Los Angeles Rams in week 15.
