NFL Week 3: Best Bets For Jacksonville Jaguars vs. Buffalo Bills

The Buffalo Bills (2-0) will travel to Jacksonville to take on the Jaguars (0-2) in Monday night action.

The Bills are off to a quick start in a season where many wrote them off early. The Jaguars have had the opposite experience as it has not clicked for the team just yet.

Below, check out some of the best bets to make ahead of tonight’s game.

Best Bets: Bills at Jaguars

Jaguars +6 (-110)

The Jaguars will be home in this game looking for their first win of the season. There is always something intriguing about a home dog in the NFL. Buffalo has had 11 days to prepare for this game after defeating the Miami Dolphins on Thursday night during Week 2 action. The Jaguars will have a sense of urgency in this game. This is not to say they will win but if the number hangs around a touchdown, take the home team.

Travis Etienne over 20.5 receiving yards (-120)

The Bills allowed Devon Achane to get comfortable in the passing attack last time out. Etienne is another dual-threat back that can be used to catch passes. He will have a chance to have a big night against a Bills’ defense that is vulnerable in the flat.

Josh Allen over 32.5 rushing yards (-105)

Allen has been one of the best running quarterbacks since he entered the league. He did not run much last week but carried the ball nine times for 39 yards and two touchdowns against the Arizona Cardinals in the season-opener. Allen will be asked to do plenty on Monday night and will likely use his legs when dropping back. Also, to gain some extra value, take Allen to score a touchdown.

James Cook TD (+105)

The number here on Cook is too good to pass up on. No, the value is not the best you will find but Cook figures to be a favorite to score each week. He totaled three first-half touchdowns in the blowout of the Miami Dolphins in Week 2. Cook is finally the primary back for the Bills this season. If you are able to get Cook at even money or better, take anytime touchdowns.
