Monday Night Football Start ‘Em, Sit ‘Em: Week 15 Doubleheaders
The first round of the fantasy football playoffs is all but over.
It will conclude on Monday Night Football with a doubleheader that will feature many top names in fantasy football.
The Las Vegas Raiders will take on the Atlanta Falcons while the Minnesota Vikings look to continue to keep rolling against the Chicago Bears.
Like many other weeks, there are some must-start names and this includes Justin Jefferson, Jordan Addison, Brock Bowers, Bijan Robinson, and Drake London.
Below, take a look at some of the major starts and sits heading into the week.
Start ‘Em
Sam Darnold, Minnesota Vikings: Darnold is now a top-seven quarterback in fantasy. This is not the old version of Darnold. Kevin O’Connell has unlocked him within this offense and he is thriving with a plethora of weapons. All of a sudden, Darnold is on the cusp of being a must-start option in fantasy during your playoff run.
Jakobi Meyers, Las Vegas Raiders: Meyers should be in consideration for a WR2 spot this week. As crazy as that sounds, he has totaled 36 targets in the last three weeks. Meyers has been unable to find the end zone, as have the Raiders, but quarterbacks have been looking Meyers’ way recently.
Sincere McCormick, Las Vegas Raiders: It is not McCormick’s show. The Raiders have decided to roll with McCormick as the starting back and this means he will get a majority of the touches over the course of the game. Especially in deeper leagues, McCormick’s usage might be enough to garner a starting spot.
DJ Moore, Chicago Bears: The Bears are officially eliminated and have looked inept all season. With that being said, Caleb Williams need to throw to someone and that has been DJ Moore. He remains the team’s top receiver and will get most of the looks.
Sit ‘Em
Kyle Pitts, Atlanta Falcons: Who would have thought Pitts would be having this kind of career? There might not be a more up-and-down tight end with more hype in his fourth year. Pitts might be a physical freak but his overall production is not there. He has failed to score three points in four out of five games.
D’Andre Swift, Chicago Bears: Swift has been dealing with an injury but even if he does play, he falls into the trend of unreliable Bears. Minnesota allows the fourth-fewest fantasy points to running backs. Across the board, this is a bad matchup.
Kirk Cousins, Atlanta Falcons: Cousins is in the midst of one of the worst stretches of his career. He has thrown eight interceptions over the last four weeks with no touchdowns. Is he due for a big game? It might be on the horizon against the Raiders but he cannot be trusted right now.
Tre Tucker, Las Vegas Raiders: Tucker has flashed and provided some excitement for Raiders fans but his overall usage is not enough to trust in fantasy just yet. This might change in coming years given his ability to get loose for a long touchdown but for now, that is all he is good for and that cannot be relied on.
