MNF Fantasy Football Start ‘Em, Sit ‘Em: Cleveland Browns vs. Denver Broncos
The final contest of Week 13 will feature the Cleveland Browns and Denver Broncos on Monday night.
This is the penultimate week of the fantasy football season and owners will have to push the right buttons while fighting for a postseason spot.
This game will provide some clarity for owners and it is important to know who to plug in and who to avoid.
Start ‘Em
Jerry Jeudy, Cleveland Browns: Jeudy has seen his production increase since Jameis Winston took over as starting quarterback. He has caught at least five passes for 70 or more yards infer consecutive games. To throw an extra storyline in, Jeudy could be looking for a big performance against his former team.
Courtland Sutton, Denver Broncos: Don’t look now but Sutton is all of a sudden a top 12 fantasy receiver this season. He has risen into must-start territory each week. The connection between Bo Nix and his No. 1 weapon is strong and has led to four consecutive top 10 weeks for Sutton.
David Njoku, Cleveland Browns: It has been a season full of injury at times for Njoku but at full strength, he is one of the biggest weapons at the tight end position. He is another pass catcher that has improved since Winston has taken over. The offense has been able to get Njoku involved early and that can happen again on Monday night.
Sit ‘Em
Jameis Winston, Cleveland Browns: Winston has become a last-second option at quarterback during bye weeks but cannot be trusted as a full-time starter. On Monday, he will be up against one of the league’s best pass defenses in a difficult road matchup.
Jerome Ford, Cleveland Browns: Ford has given just enough production to become interesting but with Nick Chubb healthy, Ford is nothing but a deep-bench option. In a game like this, he might be used in the pass game but Ford’s overall usage is not enough to warrant a start this week.
Javonte Williams, Denver Broncos: Williams had high expectations this year but has not put up the numbers expected thus far. If this is a bye week for a player or two on your roster, Williams can warrant a flex start but overall, he is nothing more than a depth piece.
