FTR, Adam Copeland Step Up to Death Riders at AEW World’s End

Jon Moxley retained the AEW World title at the World’s End pay-per-view on Saturday night, but a new wave of heroes is challenging him and The Death Riders.

Moxley defeated “Switchblade” Jay White, Orange Cassidy, and “Hangman” Adam Page in the final AEW match of 2024.

During a post-match brawl, FTR confronted the Death Riders along with “The Rated-R Superstar” Adam Copeland.

He is returning from an injury he suffered after a dive off a steel cage. FTR and Copeland will face the Death Riders on the “Fight for the Fallen” episode of Dynamite, which will air Jan. 1 on TBS and Max.

OKADA IS KING

Kazuchika Okada retained the Continental title by winning the second annual AEW Continental Classic tournament.

Will Ospreay won the opening match over Kyle Fletcher with the Styles Clash. Okada beat Ricochet in the other semifinal with the Rainmaker.

Okada then defeated Ospreay to win the tournament and hang onto the belt.

Because he has also won four New Japan G-1 Climax tournaments, Okada is the King of the Round-Robin Tournaments.

After the match, Kenny Omega came out to award the championship to his legendary rival.
