ECW Alumni Welcome WWE NXT Stars to the Bingo Hall

NXT presented a special show last night in Philadelphia at the ECW Arena, the birthplace of hardcore wrestling.

Several ECW alumni showed up throughout the evening. NXT aired on Wednesday due to Election Day, so it went head-to-head with AEW Dynamite.

LET’S GET EXTREME

ECW’s Dawn Marie was the guest referee for the opening hardcore bout. Jaida Parker hit Lola Vice with a brick before delivering a hip attack for the pin.

Rob Van Dam shook off a backstage attack by Wes Lee, coming out to cheer Je’Von Evans to victory over Lee. Evans delivered RVD’s signature frog splash for the win.

Nunzio, who wrestled in ECW as Little Guido, got a shot at the North American title, but he lost to Tony D’Angelo. All of the Italians got on the same page after the match.

NXT General Manager Ava came out with Robert Stone and Stevie Turner to announce that the Deadline event will take place next month in Minneapolis.

Stone insulted the Philly fans, so former ECW champion Rhino appeared and Gored him.

GET THE TABLES!

Ridge Holland & Ethan Page defeated Bubba Ray Dudley & NXT champion Trick Williams when Holland pinned the champ. After the match, D’Von Dudley came out to put Page through a table.

“The Queen of Extreme” Francine appeared in the crowd for the 10-woman main event.

Zaria, Giulia, Stephanie Vaquer, Kelani Jordan and TNA Knockouts champion Jordynne Grace defeated Fatal Influence, Cora Jade & Roxanne Perez.

Zaria pinned Roxanne with an F-5, so she should get a championship match against Perez at Deadline.
