Without Warren Washington we all know rebounding is an issue for this Texas Tech squad. And boy is it, paired with some other streaky play the last two games had drastically different results.

In Ames, the Cyclones took it to the Red Raiders. Poor shooting and turnovers doomed Tech, with a late garbage time rally narrowing the score. However, the issues on the road in Big 12 play continue to crop up. Life is hard out there on the road, with poor officiating and raucous crowds hammering away teams.

Tech retreated back to Lubbock to take on TCU, still without Warren Washington. In a nailbiting affair, Tech was able to escape with the W. A huge home win, and one that deeply upset my least favorite coach Jamie Dixon.
