CM Punk, Judgment Day Matches Heat Up for WWE Bash in Berlin

Damien Priest and Rhea Ripley knew they were walking into a trap on Monday Night Raw, but that didn’t stop them.

Priest battled Dominick Mysterio, and sure enough, Judgment Day attacked him and Ripley.

This is leading to one of the featured matches at Bash in Berlin on Aug. 31, as Priest & Ripley (now called The Terror Twins) will face Dom and Liv Morgan.

CM Punk challenged Drew McIntryre to a strap match at Bash in Berlin. Yes, they are still talking about Punk’s friendship bracelet with his wife and dog’s names on it.

BRITISH BRAWL

Sheamus opened the show with a win over his former Brawling Brutes teammate, Pete Dunne. Despite a hand injury, Sheamus won with the Brogue Kick.

Ivy Nile joined Chad Gable’s American Made team before her match with Maxxine Dupri. The Wyatt Sicks interrupted the match and attacked American Made.

Odyssey Jones scored the winning pinfall as he and The New Day beat The Final Testament.

Before the match, Kofi Kingston explained to Xavier Woods that he was trying to help Jones with his career, not use him as a replacement for Big E on the New Day team.

Bronson Reed added The Miz to his list of Tsunami victims. Braun Strowman stepped up as Reed’s next opponent, so that will be a more even size matchup.

The Unholy Union (Alba Fyre & Isla Dawn) scored the most impressive win of their reign as WWE women’s tag team champions. They beat Damage CTRL and Zoey Stark & Shayna Baszler in a Triple Threat match.

In the main event, Randy Orton knocked off Ludwig Kaiser. Orton will challenge Gunther for the World title in Berlin.

Next week on Raw, a tournament will begin to declare a new top contender to Bron Breakker’s Intercontinental title.
