Around the NFC South: Week 11
The Atlanta Falcons lost their second straight game 38-6 to the Denver Broncos on Sunday. Atlanta was only able to manage 50 yards rushing on 21 carries. Kirk Cousins threw for 173 yards and an interception. The Falcons defense gave up over 300 yards passing to Bo Nix. The Falcons have their bye in week 12.
New Orleans Saints interim head coach Darren Rizzi improved to 2-0 as the Saints knocked off the Cleveland Browns 35-14. Taysom Hill did a little bit of everything in this game. He had 18 yards passing, 138 yards rushing, and 50 yards receiving. He scored three rushing touchdowns. He also threw an interception and lost a fumble. Marquez Valdes-Scantling had his second big game in a row with two catches for 87 yards and a touchdown. The Saints also have their bye in week 12.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers had their bye in week 11 and will play the New York Giants on Sunday.
The Carolina Panthers also had their bye in week 11 and host the Kansas City Chiefs this week.
