Around the AFC North: Week 4

The Pittsburgh Steelers suffered their first loss of the season 27-24 against the Indianapolis Colts. It was another good day for Justin Fields. He threw for 312 yards and two touchdowns. Fields also added 55 yards and two touchdowns rushing. Mike Tomlin is going to have an interesting choice to make when Russell Wilson is ready to play. George Pickens eclipsed the 100-yard receiving mark with seven catches for 113 yards but lost a costly fumble at the Indianapolis three-yard line. The Steelers will look to get back on track in week five against the Dallas Cowboys.

Derrick Henry ripped off an 87-yard touchdown run on the Baltimore Ravens’ first offensive play. That was just the start of a very convincing 35-10 win over the previously undefeated Buffalo Bills. Henry ended the game with 199 yards on 24 carries. He also added three catches and a touchdown receiving. It was a quiet night for Lamar Jackson who had 156 yards passing and 55 yards rushing. The Ravens travel to Cincinnati to take on the Bengals on Sunday.

It was another tough day for the Cleveland Browns offense as they fell 20-16 to the Las Vegas Raiders. Deshaun Watson continued his struggles throwing for just 176 yards with a touchdown and an interception. Jerome Ford averaged 5.8 yards per carry but only had ten carries. Jerry Jeudy led the Browns receivers with six catches for 72 yards. The Browns play the Washington Commanders in week five.

The Cincinnati Bengals got their first win of the season 34-24 over the Carolina Panthers. Joe Burrow threw for 232 yards with two touchdowns and an interception. Ja’Marr Chase hit another home run with a 63-yard touchdown catch. The Bengals running backs split the carries down the middle at 15, but it was Chase Brown who made the most of his opportunities with 80 yards and two touchdowns. Cincinnati has a huge showdown with the Ravens on Sunday.
