Around the AFC North: Week 15
The Pittsburgh Steelers has no answer for the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday losing 27-13. Russell Wilson threw for just 128 yards and one touchdown in the loss. Pittsburgh only managed 56 yards rushing in the game. Without George Pickens, Calvin Austin led the receivers with five catches for 65 yards. The Steelers face off with the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday.
Lamar Jackson threw five touchdowns in the Baltimore Ravens 35-14 win over the New York Giants. He also added six carries for 65 yards. Rashod Bateman led the receivers with three catches for 80 yards and two touchdowns. It was a quiet day for Derrick Henry who had 67 yards on 14 carries.
The Cincinnati Bengals kept their playoff hopes alive with their 37-27 win over the Tennessee Titans. Joe Burrow threw for 271 yards with three touchdowns and two interceptions. Chase Brown had another big day with 113 total yards and a touchdown rushing and receiving. Ja’Marr Chase did not find the end zone, but he did have nine catches for 97 yards. The Bengals take on the Cleveland Browns in week 16.
Speaking of the Browns, they lost 21-7 to the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday. Jameis Winston threw three interceptions before being replaced by Dorian Thompson-Robinson. Jerry Jeudy continued his resurgence with 11 catches for 108 yards. Jerome Ford led the Cleveland backfield with 84 yards on seven carries.
