Around the AFC North: Week 11

The lead for the Pittsburgh Steelers is now two games after they knocked off the Baltimore Ravens 18-16 on Sunday. Russell Wilson threw for 205 yards and an interception in the win. Pittsburgh leaned into their run game carrying the ball 34 times for 122 yards. George Pickens had a big day with eight catches for 89 yards. For the Ravens, it was a quiet afternoon for Lamar Jackson. He threw for 207 yards and ran for 46. The touchdown went to Zay Flowers who had two catches for 39 yards. Derrick Henry found the end zone for the eleventh straight game and rushed for 65 yards. The Steelers play the Browns next week on Thursday Night Football while the Ravens play the Chargers on Monday Night Football.

Joe Burrow continues to play really well, but the Cincinnati Bengals continue to lose. This week they lost 34-27 to the Los Angeles Chargers. Burrow threw for 356 yards and three touchdowns. It was a big night for Tee Higgins who caught nine passes for 148 yards and a touchdown. Ja’Marr Chase added seven catches for 75 yards and two touchdowns. The Bengals have their bye this week.

Jameis Winston threw for 395 yards and two touchdowns but it was not enough as the Cleveland Browns lost 35-14 to the New Orleans Saints. Jerry Jeudy had one of the biggest games of his career with six catches for 142 yards and a touchdown. The Browns’ defense allowed the Saints to run for 214 yards on the day.
