AEW Gears Up for All In with Dynamite in Wales

Will Ospreay and MJF had a confrontation before their All In battle for the International title last night on Dynamite from Cardiff, Wales.

MJF has redubbed the belt as the “American” championship, so Ospreay will try to win one for Merry Old England.

Ospreay has a dangerous move in his arsenal called the Tiger Driver 91, but he’s afraid to cripple his opponents with it. Last night, Bryan Danielson told Ospreay, “Do it! Do it!”

Danielson closed the show by rallying the fans before he puts his career on the line against AEW champion Swerve Strickland. The fans did the “Yes! Yes! Yes!” chant.

ELITE COMPETITION

Kazuchika Okada retained the Continental title in a 20-minute draw against Claudio Castagnoli.

The rest of the Elite, Jack Perry & The Young Bucks, then came out for the main event. They lost to Darby Allin & FTR. Allin scored the pin after hitting the Coffin Drop on Nicholas Jackson.

TBS champion Mercedes Mone and Dr. Britt Baker signed the contract for their title match at All In. They weren’t allowed to fight each other, so Baker attacked Mone’s bodyguard, Kamille.

Chris Jericho defeated Tommy Billington, the nephew of Dynamite Kid from The British Bulldogs. Billington is continuing his uncle’s gimmick, like Rey Misterio Jr.

“Timeless” Toni Storm retained the AEW women’s title with a victory over former Outcasts partner Saraya. Storm will defend against Mariah May at All In.

AEW will pack Wembley Stadium on Sunday for the All In pay-per-view. The Zero Hour pre-show will start at 11 a.m. Eastern time, with the main show beginning at 1 p.m.
