2025 NFL Draft Order: Jacksonville Jaguars fall down Top 10 after win

The fight for the No. 1 pick in the draft is on.

This is the time of year where the bottom teams in the league start to monitor the top of the draft with eyes on quarterbacks of the future. This season, that might be Shedeur Sanders or Cam Ward.

The battle continued in Week 14. The Jacksonville Jaguars were near the top of the draft but earned a 10-6 win over the Tennessee Titans on Sunday. This dropped the team five spots down to No. 8 in the upcoming draft.

As for the top, it remains the same. The New York Giants continue to look inept on the field and hold strong at the top of the draft. The Las Vegas Raiders are on their heels with a similar record and within tenths of percentage when it comes to a tiebreaker. These are two teams that might not win another game all season so that tiebreaker will be important.

Both the Giants and Raiders will more than likely be selecting quarterbacks with the top two picks in the draft.

The New England Patriots currently hold the third pick, rounding out the top three. With Drake Maye in the mix, the Patriots could target Travis Hunter and add a multi-faceted star. This will be discussed more at a later date once the draft order is set but for now, we focus on the battle for the No. 1 pick.
