Brett Gabbert is expect to be ready for the season and provide a spark for his team. Miami (Ohio) lost their quarterback last season to a leg injury and this significantly impacted the trajectory of the season. Gabbert is expected to be the top quarterback in the conference this season and that gives Miami hopes of winning the MAC title in 2024.

Rockets are hoping that a loaded group of wide receivers brings plenty of fireworks. Toledo will welcome former Georgia Tech quarterback Tucker Gleason into action for his first year under center for the Rockets. He will not be short of weapons. Toledo returns Jerjuan Newton and Juston Vandeross III this season. Anthony Torres will take his place at tight end as well. The skill position players have Toledo in a good position to compete for a conference title.

It will have 13 starters back this year and the question is, which team will show up? Rocky Lombardi is gone and this leaves the quarterback as the biggest question mark offensively. Defensively, this is a team that allowed just 19.9 points to MAC opponents last season. The Huskies will look to put together another strong season and avoid another letdown.
